Description
A wizard that allows you to generate a draft case study given an initial prompt, a CRM company record, and files uploaded by the user.
How to enable / disable
- The portal must be opted into the Content Agent beta
- The user must have “Edit” permission for Case studies
- The “Give users access to generative AI tools and features” and “CRM data” toggles in AI Settings need to be enabled

Data used to provide the services
- User-uploaded files (hosted within the HubSpot file manager)
- CRM company data (selected by customer)
- OpenAI’s GPT 4o model
- Semrush (SEO keyword data)
Does the AI system process personal data?
Personal data may be processed only if user inputs include personal data.
Data retention & deletion
HubSpot will delete, anonymize, or return your data when you terminate our services in accordance with our agreements with you. All input, output, and usage data is stored in a secure, user-restricted database.
Is your data used to train the AI system?
No.

Can the user see or review all of the generated outputs?
Yes.
Model input
- User-selected company record from their CRM OR inputted company domain
- User-entered prompt with case study overview
- User-uploaded files and assets. May include documents, videos, images, or other files.
Model output
Generated case study titles and keywords, as well as a first draft case study. HubSpot will attempt to fill out the case study body, “About this company” section testimonials, metrics, and summary card if relevant information is found in the uploaded files and company record.
